About

Owner Nicky Sedooteh’s passion for clothing is personal. At age 12, he bought seven fabrics, brought them to a local tailor, and acquired his first pairs of custom trousers. A decade later he opened Lorenzo, his first of several clothing shops, in Washington DC’s Georgetown neighborhood. He consolidated his men’s (Lorenzo, Niccolo), and women’s (Giotto), clothing boutiques under one roof in 2011. Today, you will find him or his knowledgeable staff at the shop every day of the week.

Well before Zegna and Brioni were known by Washington DC shoppers, Nicky carried those brands. The styles at Niccolo Giotto are fresh, and the clothing is unique. At Giotto, the upstairs shop, women find beautiful, playful clothes for work, evening and weekends. At Niccolo, the downstairs shop, men benefit from Nicky’s eye for detail and his travels to Italy where he buys each season’s collection.

The collections include Belisario, Belvest, Castangia, Cortigiani, Fuzzi, Il Borgo, D Exterior, Ungaro, Luciano Barbera, Antonelli, Sant’ Andrea, Mandelli, Moschino, Seventy and more.
